Release notes

Every change we ship to Keystone, in the order it shipped. The big features get their own section below; each of the 10 updates is logged with the date it reached your account, so you can see exactly what changed and when.

Big features

The releases that give you back the most owner-hours, and add the most to the multiple when you sell.

New feature

Keystone is open to everyone

Keystone is public. Every visitor now reaches the real product, the 18-question diagnostic and the valuation range, with no holding page in front of it.

New feature

The Operating System layer is here

Keystone stopped being only a valuation. The operating layer now runs the week: a Weekly Owner Brief, Decision Routing, Manager Standups, an AI SOP writer, and QuickBooks and Jobber wired into your numbers.

Five parts, one layer. The Brief reads your numbers every Monday and tells you where to look. Decision Routing gives your team the calls they own and the ones to bring you. The SOP writer turns how you run a job into a document your people can follow.

July 2026

New feature

Upgrade to Pro without leaving the app

Hit a Pro-only feature and you can move up from the same screen, in two clicks. The upgrade goes straight to checkout and turns on the Deal Analyzer and unlimited Scenario saves, with no email and no sales call.

Fix

Made subscription activation more reliable

Hardened the billing path so a cleared payment always writes your tier and turns your features on. A fallback now recovers the order details if the processor's first message arrives incomplete, so activation does not stall.

Fix

Fixed the dead-ends in onboarding and sign-in

Closed two dead-ends where a new operator could get stuck between the diagnostic and the dashboard, and reconciled the AI usage limits so a task does not stop halfway.

Improvement

A clearer Core-and-Pro choice at checkout

The payment screen now lays out what Core and Pro each do before it asks for a card. You choose on what the tier is worth to your week, not on guesswork.

New feature

See the owner-hours Keystone hands back

Your purchase screen reads your own diagnostic and shows the owner-hours the operating layer is built to hand back each week. The work that pulls you out of the day-to-day is the same work that raises the multiple when you sell.

New feature

A welcome kit the moment you subscribe

New subscribers get a branded welcome note and a getting-started PDF the moment the first payment clears. Day one starts with a plan instead of a blank dashboard.

Fix

Fixed the Scenario Engine chart

The Scenario Engine chart now redraws correctly as you move the presets, so the projection on screen matches the one you set.

Improvement

Deeper Library Intelligence, a smarter Constraint Identifier

Longer, more specific answers in Library Intelligence, and a Constraint Identifier that now tracks progress. It follows what you have already fixed instead of pointing you back at it.
