Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Keystone, operated by The Main Street Operator, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Keystone app at app.trykeystone.io.

Information we collect

We collect:

• Account information you provide when you sign up: your email address and authentication details.
• Diagnostic and business inputs: the answers and figures you enter to generate your scores and valuation estimate, and any business details you add.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number.
• Connected-integration data: if you connect a tool such as QuickBooks or Jobber, we access only the data needed for the feature you enabled.
• Usage data: standard, non-identifying information such as pages used and device type, to keep the product working and improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the diagnostic and valuation tools, to operate your account and subscription, to deliver the features you turn on, and to support you. Your inputs produce your own results. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who process it on our behalf.

Your data stays yours

Every account's records are isolated at the database level, so one user cannot read another user's data. Aggregate benchmarks are anonymized and never expose an individual business. We do not use your private business inputs to train third-party models.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers, each processing your data under its own terms:

• Supabase: database, authentication, and secure storage.
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
• Anthropic: the AI features (such as the SOP generator and owner brief).
• Resend: transactional email.
• Vercel: application hosting and delivery.
• Google Analytics: usage measurement, so we can see which screens people reach and where they stop. It records the screen you are on and your position in the diagnostic. It never receives your answers, your financial figures, your scores, your valuation, or your email address.
• QuickBooks and Jobber: only if you choose to connect them.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and records at any time.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from email with one click. To make a request, email contact@themainstreetoperator.com.
